XXAs soon as your Wi-Fi Interface is connected to your WiFi network, it automatically tries to communicate with the Mitsubishi Electric server via the Internet to enable us to record the unique Media Access Control (MAC) address and ID of the Wi-Fi Interface.

XXYou then 'claim' the device through the Register New Equipment screen by scanning the matrix barcode on the adaptor, or entering the MAC Address and ID which can be found on the adaptor and in your user guide.

XXIf the values you enter do not match those in our database, it indicates either that the Wi-Fi Interface has not communicated succesfully with our server or you have entered incorrect details - the MAC and ID are a unique combination so please check thet the details are correct.

XXYou should try reconnecting your Wi-Fi Interface to your network - please refer to the User Guide on how to do this.

XXIf you are certain that the details are valid and that your internet connection is working, please contact you local Mitsubishi Electric office for assistance - you can find the contact details on the Support screen.
